Enjoy a small company feel with big-carrier benefits, pay, and stability.

We founded aifleet with a clear purpose in mind—to humanize trucking and bring empathy, compassion, and care to the hard-working drivers who haul this great nation’s freight.

We keep a low driver-to-dispatcher ratio so you can form a powerful bond with your fleet manager. You’ll work together to achieve high performance that translates to higher paychecks, ensure your weekly hometime guarantee is met, and develop a relationship based on trust & care.

Our company drivers are not a number or a truck, they’re valuable members of the aifleet team.

“I have the best dispatcher, she is amazing and the respect we get here is awesome.”

How is my CPM pay determined?

Our fleet is made up of hard-working drivers. The more you run, the higher your rewards. We tier your CPM pay so you make more when you drive more miles. You can see the details here.

How much home time do you guarantee?

If you want weekly home time we will guarantee you a minimum of 34hrs. You can count on two nights and one full day at home every weekend. If you’d prefer more time on the road, we can accommodate you too!

What kind of equipment will I operate?

All of our tractors are 2020 or newer models. The exact truck you receive will depend on availability. We currently have Freightliners, Internationals, and Volvos coming from Penske and Ryder.

Where do drivers run?

We cover all 48 states. Our planning tools help us identify the most optimal routes to make you the most money and get you home on time.

Where is your terminal?

Our main yard is located just outside of Austin in Hutto, TX. We run a largely decentralized operation, so your truck and trailer will be yours to take home after orientation. Scheduled service will be performed at one of our local supply partner locations (Penske or Ryder.)

How does orientation work?

We typically host orientation every Tuesday. That's when you start getting paid, with your first paycheck coming at the end of the week. We coordinate and pay for you to travel to our yard in Hutto, TX on Monday and we put you up in a hotel on Monday night. Orientation is only one day long so we get you rolling on Wednesday morning!

What is your pet & rider policy?

Pets or people are welcome on the road. For pets we just need a deposit of $500 we can deduct weekly at $50. You can also bring a passenger as long as they are 10 years or older.

You can bring either starting from Day 1!

Do you hire SAP drivers?

Unfortunately, we do not at this time.

What type of ELD do you use?

Motive (formerly Keeptruckin)

Do you have inward facing cameras?

No, only outward facing.
